1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Flowrenity™ website and your purchase or use of our digital products. Flowrenity™ is a brand of Brevard Ventures LLC. By using this website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility and Store Availability
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make a purchase. The store currently sells to customers in the United States. We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized use.
3. Digital Products and Payment
All products currently sold by Flowrenity™ are digital products. No physical item will be shipped. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout and is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
4. Delivery and Download Access
After successful payment, download access is generally provided on the order confirmation page and by email. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to your email account. If you do not receive or cannot access a file, contact hello@flowrenity.com with your order information.
5. Personal-Use License
Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal, noncommercial use. You may print reasonable copies for your own use. You may not share, sell, sublicense, reproduce for distribution, upload, publish, or otherwise make the files available to another person or organization.
6. Intellectual Property
The website, Flowrenity™ name, product names, written content, graphics, layouts, downloads, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Brevard Ventures LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
7. Refunds
Because our products are delivered digitally, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided. Limited exceptions and the process for requesting help are described in our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in that policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Educational and Wellness Information
Flowrenity™ products and website content are provided for general educational, organizational, and wellness purposes. They are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or care from a qualified professional.
